Sales & Marketing Manager

Candidate must have previous, provable experience with an advertising agency or within similar or related industry.  Additionally this candidate must possess strong sales and marketing skills.  Some training will be provided, rest will be hands on.   Manditory 30 Day evaluation period, upon completion of 30 days, depending on performance, salary and bonuses, negotiable. Candidate will be required to manage all aspects of day to day sales, including, but not limited to, approving and overseeing all creative, as well as assisting in securing larger accounts.

Candidate must have experience running/managing an advertising agency.   Candidate will be required to manage all aspects of day to day operations, oversee sales manager & sales team, all creative and marketing, plus assist in securing larger accounts and marketing the agency overall.  Salary, profit sharing percentage and bonuses will be negotiated depending on past experience and performance.
